Michael Pascoe  is one of Australia’s most influential  finance and economics commentators, as well as the author of  The Summertime of Our Dreams:  A Memoir of Mateship and Mortality published in 2022.

Currently contributing editor of  The New Daily and a regular commentator on radio and television, his career has ranged from The Courier-Mail and South China Morning Post to the Australian Financial Review and the Sydney Morning Herald, and has also included stints at Channels 9, 7, and Sky TV.  On Twitter he is @MichaelPascoe01.

Bernard Keane is political editor of Crikey. Before that he was Crikey’s Canberra press gallery correspondent, covering politics, national security and economics.

He is also the author of several books dealing with politics and related issues, including , Lies and Falsehoods (2021) Surveillance (2015), and, A Short History Of Stupid (with Helen Razer).

Prior to joining Crikey, Keane studied history at the University of Sydney and then worked as a public servant and a speechwriter in transport and communications. His Twitter handle is @BernardKeane
